Lead Time
Standard Items – Expected lead time is 2-3 business days or less.
Custom Items – These are made from drawings or other information you provide. The expected lead time will be provided when you receive your quote, but is generally 1 week or less.
If a customer wants to ship via USPS, they need to contact the company for shipping cost
Order Tracking
Our system sends a shipment confirmation email with tracking number when your order ships. Please check your inbox before calling to track a package.
Carriers & Cost
We ship using United Parcel Service (UPS) or The US Mail (USPS).
Shipping is calculated according to order size and destination. UPS rates automatically applied. UPS Next Day Air is available for urgent shipments. We can ship UPS collect or prepaid. Transit time will vary with the chosen service.
