Customer Satisfaction Guarantee

It is the intent of Precision Engraving to guarantee 100% satisfaction on all label orders. Every label is double checked for accuracy and quality. In the event an error occurs, the label(s) in error shall be replaced at no cost to the customer. Precision Engraving accepts no other responsibility except the direct replacement of the label(s).

Precision Engraving shall not be responsible for misspelled or illegible words by the customer. All orders must be placed in writing, either in person, by mail, by fax or through our website order form. NO telephone orders will be accepted. All attempts shall be made to verify the spelling on every order.

However, no changes shall be made to any spelling without customer’s approval. All claims on this guarantee must be made within 15 calendar days of the receipt of order. If you have any questions or comments about this guarantee, or to file a claim, please call our office from 8:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday through Friday, except on major national holidays.
